Zaza Tvaradze

Zaza Tvaradze was born on May 18, 1957 in Tbilisi. In 1979 he graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, the faculty of philosophy-psychology. He was an editor-in-chief of the journal “Balaveri” and an editor of prose department of the journal “Arili” (Aryl). In addition, he was a member of writers’ union “Aryl” and “Pen-Centre”. He published two poetic and two prosaic collections. His novel “Words” first appeared in the journal “Tsiskari” (Matins) in 1994.
